Independent artist/Lead vocalist and band director of The Melodic Village Band Chrissy. R is a passionate being committed to singing and songwriting. Growing up amongst the vibrant and diverse music scene in NYC, this has always been an environment full of inspiration and stimulation for Chrissy to feed off. She’s graced many stages having residencies at places such as Resorts World NYC, Empire City Casino, The Cutting Room and Brooklyn Music Kitchen just to name a few. She also has traveled and toured with The Forever Motown Band throughout San Diego and Myrtle Beach. As for her original music which is based on the realizations while dealing with ups and downs in her life experience, Chrissy prefers staying true to herself and human emotions through her lyrics. Her Passion
Chrissy has a passion more than ever to stay authentic through her artistry, being fearless, saying exactly what she means when writing lyrics after feeling silenced for years. Music is her outlet.
